Refunds to any subscriptions or products are not possible as different plans of differing discounts are offered with the sole motivation of encouraging our users to reduce market risk by taking a long term approach. Yet on human grounds or such other genuine situations of human empathy any requests made for refunds are solely at the discretion of KEDIANOMICS & never a right to rescind this contract being a subscription service of the nature of pre-paid plans and thus not an entitlement of a subscriber, client or visitor.
Changes to our Subscription Fees, service configuraiton and contents are at our sole discretion which we time to time optimize based on many factors. However, the contractual relationship inherent in a subscription on a pre-pad plan basis does entitle you to protection of the fees agreed during your active subscription. Any new prices that we may increase or decrease will be applicable from the next term of subscription with protection for grand-fathering the legacy prior subscription terms for the existing contract period.
Any free access, promotions, giveaways, contests, Discounts are not a contract of service between the participant and KEDIANOMICS. Any decisions on selecting winners, recipients etc. is Our Sole Discretion & binding.
We adhere to strict No Spam policy & shall always make available options in all our communications to subscribers to opt-out.
Privacy is a matter of mutual concern. Subscription based products are a privelege accorded upon the subscriber. If any breach is made and such content shared in any form, digital or otherwise, with a non subscriber or found posted on a private or public forum shall be a detriment to the business prospects of KEDIANOMICS & a breach of our contractual relationship. We do have rights for protection of copyrights & commercial damages at law. Plagiarism in any form has serious legal repurcusions, as well.

SEBI takes up the complaints registered via SCORES with the concerned intermediary for timely redressal. SCORES facilitates tracking the status of the complaint.
